In the commercial living areas on Büyükdere Cd, Maslak, Kore Şehitleri Cd, Gayrettepe and Barbaros Boulevard, where the majority of Istanbul's brand office plaza living spaces are located, supply is limited, but demand is warm. This supply-demand balance is also reflected in prices.
