Demand and Prices Rise in Beşiktaş A Plus Offices 

According to a report published on the commercial real estate sector, the demand for upper segment office spaces is hot in the last quarter of 2022, which continues in the first months of the new year.
In the commercial living areas on Büyükdere Cd, Maslak, Kore Şehitleri Cd, Gayrettepe and Barbaros Boulevard, where the majority of Istanbul's brand office plaza living spaces are located, supply is limited, but demand is warm. This supply-demand balance is also reflected in prices.
An increase is observed in the sales and rental prices of luxury segment offices.

The working from home system, which has developed increasingly after the pandemic period, has noticeably reduced the demand for office spaces.
With the slowdown of the pandemic, businesses that want to create office operation have started to prefer smaller m2 living spaces, however, more comfortable and central office (plaza) living spaces.
Most of the luxury office and commercial real estate living areas on the European side of Istanbul are located in Beşiktaş and Sarıyer regions.
The coming months will show whether businesses that cannot find offices for sale or rent in the upper segment will show interest in offices in a lower segment.
