Two weeks ago, a property owner whose commercial buildings I previously leased in the Beşiktaş Gayrettepe area contacted me and said they wanted to buy a building in the area and asked for my support with the valuation.

I have been working as a real estate agent in Beşiktaş for 6 years. 3.5 of those years were spent in the Gayrettepe area. The last 2.5 years have focused on the upper segments in valuable areas of Beşiktaş.

We recently started focusing on the Dubai real estate market.

A friend of mine referred me to a property owner who wanted to sell some land and a shop. One of the plots was in the Çatalca region. A real estate agent was also working on the property without authorization.

The commercial real estate market, similar to the general real estate market, is generally focused on return on investment and alternative cost.
