The Place of Korean Martyrs Area Office Living Spaces in the Upper Segment Office Living Spaces.

Last week I saw rental offices in the Korean Martyrs CD area. 
Afterwards, I did my expert work.
I observed that the m² price of rental offices in the Korean Martyrs CD area is approximately 40% of the plaza offices in the Büyükdere Cd Levent region. 
The plaza offices in Maslak region are at 60% level.
It is more valuable than the offices in the Balmumcu area.
Except for one or two commercial office buildings on Gayrettepe Yıldız Posta CD, the office living spaces in the Korean Martyrs CD are more valuable than the others.
Almost all of the buildings in the Korean Martyrs CD area are old.
I hope that plaza offices and small square meter residence projects will rise in the Korean Martyrs area during the urban transformation process in the (near) future.
