Two weeks ago, a property owner whose commercial buildings I previously leased in the Beşiktaş Gayrettepe area contacted me and said they wanted to buy a building in the area and asked for my support with the valuation.

My first suggestion was for them to obtain the official project plan of the building from the Beşiktaş Municipality. Because when the building undergoes urban transformation, the officially approved project area from the municipality is taken into account when determining the building ratio and construction area, not the actual building construction area.

Apart from that, I conducted a comprehensive valuation study for the building and presented it to them.

Our focus area in the coming period is Premium Residences & Class A Plaza Offices in Beşiktaş.
