I think that in order to provide attractive real estate services for A and A+ plaza offices in the Beşiktaş region, the following criteria must be met.

•⁠  ⁠Being able to communicate one-on-one with potential sectors and companies for purchasing and leasing by carrying out active marketing activities.
•⁠  ⁠Ability to establish qualified communication by accurately perceiving property owner, buyer and tenant expectations and perception contents.
•⁠  ⁠To produce attractive added value by qualifiedly managing the negotiation process in all its details when buyer and tenant candidates appear for plazas with very high financial values.

A significant part of my real estate work for upper segment real estate in the Beşiktaş region is spent on plaza offices and shops.
I have office hours in Maçka Residence, Astoria, Maslak Giz 2000 Plaza projects, where property owners show interest in my work.
